When you’re evaluating a new tool, one thing tends to matter more than any feature list: what other customers think. That’s why platforms like G2 have become a go-to resource for understanding how products actually perform in the real world.
On a regular basis, G2 releases updated reports and rankings based entirely on verified user reviews—real feedback from the people using these tools every day. And we’re excited to share that the Spring 2026 G2 Report is here!
Thanks to our customers, Bitly earned 45 badges across the URL Shortening, QR Codes, and Content Analytics categories.
What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that every G2 badge starts with a customer review. This new report reflects the voices of marketers, creators, businesses, and organizations around the world who rely on Bitly to connect with their audiences—and we couldn’t be more grateful for their feedback.

Links that power modern marketing
Short links may look small, but they play a big role in how marketers connect with their audiences. Whether they’re sharing content on social media, sending SMS campaigns, launching digital ads, or adding links to email, teams need tools that are trusted, reliable, and easy to use.
In the Spring 2026 G2 report, customers once again ranked Bitly #1 overall in the URL Shortener category out of 37 products evaluated. That leadership extends across businesses of all sizes, with Bitly Links also ranking #1 for mid-market and small-business organizations.
What stands out most is how customers describe their experience using our platform—it’s easy to implement, simple to manage, and dependable.
Bitly also earned recognition as the most implementable solution in the category, meaning teams can start using it quickly without complicated setup or technical hurdles. And for busy marketers juggling multiple campaigns and channels, tools that “just work” make a huge difference.
Bitly’s leadership in URL shortening also continues to grow around the world. With customers in more than 190 countries, Bitly ranked #1 in regional Grid® reports across Asia Pacific, Asia, and India, reflecting the global community of teams using Bitly to power their campaigns.

QR Codes that drive engagement
QR Codes are one of the easiest ways to turn real-world moments into digital connections. You’ll find them everywhere—from event signage and product packaging to restaurant menus and marketing materials—inviting audiences to scan, explore, and connect.
The Spring 2026 G2 report shows that customers continue to rely on Bitly to power those experiences. This season, Bitly earned a Leader position in the QR Code Generator category, with strong rankings across overall, mid-market, and small-business grids.
Customers also ranked Bitly QR Codes #1 for usability, highlighting how intuitive it is to create and manage QR Codes within the platform. Bitly was also recognized as the most implementable solution in the category, reinforcing how quickly teams can generate QR Codes without needing extra resources or support. That means they can create a QR Code, add it to their marketing materials, and get it printed in no time.
Once those QR Codes are out in the world, customers say they deliver real, measurable impact. Bitly also ranked #1 for results, underscoring how effectively QR Codes drive audience engagement.
And that’s something marketers measure closely. According to our recent QR Code report, which surveyed 250 marketers, more than 50% of marketers measure everything from scan time and date patterns to conversion rates post-scan. For marketers, that visibility turns every scan into a clear signal of what’s working.

Gaining insights from every click and scan
Making connections is an important part of the customer journey, but understanding how those connections perform is arguably just as important. That’s where analytics come in!
In the Spring 2026 G2 report, Bitly ranked among the top platforms in the Content Analytics category, earning a Leader position in the overall Grid®.
Customers also ranked Bitly as the most implementable solution in the category, and when it comes to usability, Bitly continues to stand out, ranking #1 for usability among small businesses.
For marketers managing campaigns across multiple channels, having insights that are easy to access and understand makes all the difference. With Bitly Analytics, teams can see what’s working, learn from their results, and keep improving the connections they build.
And last but not least, Bitly was recognized as a Leader in the Social Media Analytics category for both Mid-Market and Small Business segments, highlighting the platform’s growing role in helping teams measure and optimize their social campaigns.
